Forest Springs Swim Team is a proud member of the Louisville Swim Association (LSA). We are in Division 3 and swim against several local swim teams. Most of our swim meets are on Monday evening. We practice at the Forest Springs pool Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings. We also offer night practice on Tuesday and Thursday. Please see the schedule for more information.
